The Goal of Family Nutrition and Basics of Division of Responsibility

Monday, Jan. 11 | 7:15-8 p.m.

We all want lasting health for ourselves and those we love, but what does that look like? How can we guide our children toward a healthy relationship with food? And what exactly is a healthy relationship with food anyway? In this class, we will examine sustainable ways to pursue family health.

Using Curiosity to Become an Adventurous Eater

Monday, Feb. 8 | 7:15-8 p.m.

Help! My child is picky! So many children go through a picky eating phase. While some come out of it, others persist. In this class, we will discuss proactive ways to prevent that picky eating phase, how to manage it if it does happen, and ways that we can use a child’s natural curiosity to increase interest in a variety of foods.

Meal Planning Methods and When Life Gives You Hiccups

Monday, March 15 | 7:15-8 p.m.

Do you find yourself staring into an open fridge at 5 p.m. with no ideas? Do you get anxiety thinking about what to make for dinner – what will everyone like? What do I have time to make? Do I have all of the ingredients? In this class, we will explore meal planning and food preparation methods to streamline the process of feeding yourself and your family, making it as easy as possible. Includes handouts!

Intuitive Eating for Health

Monday, April 19 | 7:15-8 p.m.

You’ve probably heard about the Obesity Epidemic. But if everyone is dieting, why is there a problem?
