Keisha McKinnor is the assistant regional director of the Arizona region of the Anti-Defamation League. She is responsible for building relationships with partners in the community, investigating complaints and leading implementation of law enforcement training programs managed in the Arizona region. In addition, Keisha continues to serve as president and chief executive officer of Thrive Community Services, Inc., a local nonprofit organization providing support for at-risk African-American Youth. Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, she worked over 15 years in the real estate industry, notably as a commercial property manager. She also serves as the president for the board of directors for Arizona Autism Charter Schools; president of the Mesa/East Valley Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee; and actively serves in ministry as well as various community-led strategy groups and discussions. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Grand Canyon University.
