With Gov. Doug Ducey’s executive order that schools won’t resume until Aug. 17 due to the increase of COVID-19 numbers, the East Valley JCC has extended summer camp until Aug. 14.
The weekly price for Camp Rimon Gadol, for grades K-9, will remain the same: $210/week for kindergarten and first grade and $220/week for grades 2-9. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; before and after care hours are also available for an additional $45/week each.
As classes for the Early Childhood Learning Center begin on Aug. 3, pre-K campers at Camp Rimon Katan are invited to attend the first two weeks of school in their same classrooms as part of a modified summer schedule. They will participate in the ECLC’s pre-K school curriculum during this time with the same staff.
As always, safety and cleanliness are the EVJCC’s top priorities and the facility is following CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe.
