Join Rabbi Michael Beyo, CEO of East Valley JCC, to learn the history of the land and its conquerors from Biblical times to 2005. Rabbi Beyo has shared his insights as a guest lecturer at numerous colleges and universities. Deeply committed to community service, Rabbi Beyo actively engages in interfaith dialogue and serves on various local and international organizations. 

Peace, Politics and Propaganda: An Insider’s Look at the Fight for Israel on the Military and Media Battlefields

Sunday, Oct. 27, 2024 – 2 p.m.

Gil Hoffman, the executive director of Honest Reporting in Israel and former chief political correspondent and analyst for The Jerusalem Post, shares his insider’s experience about the media’s coverage of Israel. He is also a lecturer on political strategy at Israel’s College of Management. 

There is no charge to attend either of these events, which will be held in Sun Lakes. Registration is required to receive location information.
